Miror...mirror...on the .....



FAT...Mirror mirror..... THAT CANT BE ME!

yes, seperti mana wanita lain i AM obsessed with my body image....WHY? Why you ask?
Is it because i AM not confident with myself? no....not relly....i love ME....the complicated, me.....Is it because of the images in VOGUE and of Angelina Jolie despite having 3 kids looking damn good....

Is it because when youre FAT...and when your hips widen up you look horrible....susah nak cari baju...jeles dengan wanita lain yang slim??? The answers to thse questons are YES...!!! YE...BETUL...Na'am..... dengan ini saya sesungguhnya mengaku....

Now, now....IF youre comfortable with who you are and youre okay being overweight..... i salute you.... betul..its what you have to offer and who you are that matters most..BUT........

Im not....not comfortable... i have issues.... so what do you do? DIETLAH..apa lagi....persalannya kenapa diet selalu tak menjadi? Sebab kita CRASH diet...hari ni tak makan, esok makan.... Let me list the errors i see myself making....

1st - TAK CONSISTENT! Jap diet, jap tidak! Diet buang karbo...comlex carbs...yg putih2....BUANG...jangan makan! Buang chips, junk food..... and kuih muih!!!

2nd)- air tak minum! KENA minum air putih SAHAJA!!!!!! 2 botol mineral water setiap hari....untuk memudahkan pembuangan toxin DAN lemak!!! Tak leh minum kopi dan teh dan air BERGULA!

3 - TAk excersice...its 70% det 30% excersice....thats the rule! Tak leh lari.... kena excesrsice SETIAP HARI!!!! i usually excersice.... dah lama tak excersice, sebab tu yg down tu...alasan? tak de masa? CARI MASALAH!!! yes excersice is crucial for the MIND too...helps you sleeps better...bagus untuk orang-orang depressed....huhu...bukan saja badan cantik, trim, tapi sebab excercise releases endorphines..... which are chemicals produced by the neurons....communicating through the synapses.... synapses ..the synapes is the area where neourons meet..tapi dont touch each other...(wah...amazing tuh...)it just realesses chemicals..known as nerotransmitters ... okaaaayyyy..... what the??? masa sekolah tak amik bio....add maths amik....tapi result JANGN tanya, haha...ni tgh belajar bio...best ya ampun!!! so endorphines ni salah satu chemical tuh la....mcm jugak serotonin.... it gives the 'feel good' factor to you....banyak lagi mcm types of neurotransmitters macam acetylcholine (antara yg femes).... dopamine.... FINE! tu yang drugs dicipta....they are made to mimic nerotransmitters so boleh membantu menambah atau mengurangkan apa yang perlu dengan 'memutar belitkan' process transmisi synaptic ni.... oh FINE!

oh yes...nak loose weight...ikhwan pun malas dengar i membebel pasal brains and neourans and the CNS nih...sian driku ini! Tak pe...tak pe..habis satu dinding i tampal...haha...



4 - Makanan sedap tak tahan!!!!!!!!!

fine! im not giving up!!!

tapi cuba tengok gambar tu.... macam masa anak dara dulu lagi chubby je.... kan...???? NOPE..im serious...kurus macam angelina jolie..... sebelum 1 januari 2010! So new year resolution SHALL NOT include loosing weight ok?

haha...wish me luck!!! Whoose with me....?

    It's just a joke. Diet and exercise is really important. Probably the reason why you still maintain your look even have a status as a mother and wife... :)

  13. Kepada perempuan terlalu risaukan berat badan berlebihan, selalulah bawa gambar dirakam 10 tahun lalu, bubuh dapat beg tangan besar, berjenama dan mahal itu.

    Bila senang, tenung, perhati, teliti gambar itu. Niat dalam hati, aku semakin tua rupanya.

    saya pun tgh nak kurangkan 'sikit', eh, sikit ke?berat saya ni... esok cukup 60 hari pantang. weight saya a day before deliver-82.5kg!!!! after a month pantang,68kg.. still besar kannn?since that day, saya x berani nak timbang berat...tinggi 165 pun BMI saya still peringkat obesssss... hubby cakap, baby tgh breastfeed mama x leh diet, nanti bby tak cukup zat... amboi2, sedapnya dia cakap. takpe, takpe, just like u said, cita2 mesti dihebahkannnn...

    Akak nampak cantik sangat, saya ada satu tabiat yang mungkin boleh guna-pakai..

    kalau time buzzyy, saya banyak buat kerja, bila banyak buat kerja saya lupa makan/tidak lapar.

    Apa-apa pun akak memang cantik

    kesimpulanya, perbanyakkan buat kerja-kerja supaya luper makan :P

    u r absolutely rite, kita tak consistent in diet, some take, some throw!..hurm, unfortunately, exercise is the best method to keep body fit & healthy.

    hehehe if you said you are fat..then i'll be anak gajah... am having trouble to slim down as well... me 95.5% eat 0.5% exercise if walking from door to kitchen can be considered exercise :p

    Say what...?

    IMO She's looking way too scary skinny...
    I don't think she's a good role model in terms of body image.

    Ok Dina,firstly take a deeeeeeeep breath and try to be grateful with what you have now.

    Second, do it in moderation (ISlam pun suruh kite bersederhana) and hati yg tenang... tak payah rasa pressure, relax jer. Be cool ok :). Kalau stress2, lagi susahhh nak turun. Stress blh menyebabkan bykkk problem inner and outer body, remember ?!?
    BTW, woman yg dah reach 30s ni, kalau diet2 yg melampau ni not good. Nanti cepat aging and haggard :(

  23. ada satu cara yang selalu dan mudah tuk diamalkan iaitu biasakan berjalan laju. cara ni mudah tuk dipraktikkan bahkan suami un senang nak follow. dengan cara jalan [bukan lari] laju, badan akan terbiasa tuk mengadaptasi kadar metabolisme yang tinggi kerna badan harus bekerja lebih untuk memenuhi keperluan sistem pernafasan, antung dan peredaran darah. makanya, makan apa saja, insyaallah hampir semuanya kan dipergunakan sebagai sumber tenaga. tapi harus konsisten dan jangan expect bakal berlaku dalam sehari dua. badan juga perlu ambil masa tuk belajar mengadaptasi perubahan yang dihadapinya. SELAMAT BERJALAN.. ~wallahua'lam XD
